Ingredients
12 Jumbo Pasta Shells
2 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken
1 cup Alfredo Sauce
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
1 ½ cups Mozzarella Cheese, divided
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste

2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Stuff each shell with the mixture.
4. In a large skillet, spread 1 cup Alfredo sauce. Arrange stuffed shells on top and pour remaining sauce over them.
5. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
6. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and everything is heated through.
7. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
Notes
Lightly grease the skillet to prevent sticking.
Add a splash of sauce or broth when reheating leftovers.
Can be made ahead and refrigerated before cooking.
For a vegetarian version, use sautéed mushrooms or spinach instead of chicken.
