Ingredients
- 12 ounce rotini pasta
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 3/4 to 1 cup Italian dressing
Instructions
1. 1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with chopped cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, drained black olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
3. 3. Pour 3/4 cup of Italian dressing over the salad and gently toss until well coated. Adjust dressing as needed.
