Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.
3. Fold in the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
4. Add the chopped spinach, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Mix until fully combined.
5. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
