Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.

5. Bake for another 20 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown.

6. Let cool slightly, garnish with extra green onions, and serve hot with tortilla chips or veggies.

Notes

Consider using different cheeses for variations, or Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
