Ingredients

- 8 slider buns

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
2. Spread your frozen tater tots on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake them for about 25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
3. While the tater tots are baking, cook the crumbled breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the cooked sausage. Stir gently as it cooks until the eggs are fluffy. Remove from heat once fully cooked but soft.
